I think I've finally realised this Niggling feeling of wanting to move isn't going to leave. Do and I have seen a few properties on the web that seem perfect so I'm currently convincing him we should go on the Market. Any tips before we take the plunge? Also as we have just a tiny mortgage on this property what safety net do we give ourselves on a new mortgage in case the rates go up. We will need max 150k. Cheers
