Pretty big changes to primary education, schools, inspections, parental rights, G&T, SEN, teachers' competence etc.

Anybody read any of it?

Take all the IEPs out of my class and I'm down to 24, remove the NOC and I'm down to 18.
Can we do report cards on parents?

'Councils told to act on parents' views'
So is that the vociferous group of parents who think homework should be banned in primary schools, or the equally numerous, equally vociferous group who think it should stay.

You only have to look at any education thread on MN to see how unlikely you are to get a consensus.
