Help! Need Ideas for making an EXECUTIONER COSTUME for school TUDOR DAY.

Its Tudor day at school next week and my son wants to be an executioner.

Has anyone ideas on how i can put this together that's simple and requires no sewing.

He just needs a black hood over his head and a big axe. Apart from that, maybe plain brown/black/grey trousers and top.
