Hello ladies. I am trying to find out the contact details of the famous tutor Arlette who operates in Golders Green.

I think she's retired or retiring. Plus she assesses and only takes on kids well ahad of their cohort in reception so her results aren't stellar given who she starts with. Her cohort did quite badly last year.

This. Be careful before you spend what was when I last heard £80 per hour for tuition in a group of 4.......

I heard from a friend that she does an assessment in the Summer before year 1, she charges £180 for this and will then decide if your child has what it takes.
classes are £80 midweek with 4 other kids.

No idea…but in all honesty if she only takes on children who are at a very high level already, then he results are skewed. If she didn’t assess and took on children and her results were outstanding, then yes…I would think it’s worth it.

You are wasting your time with these two, get a tutor that adds value to your child and works on the areas he/she needs help.
