Sumdog diagnostics query

We have signed up for sumdog at home after recommendations from other posters here.

So far we are really pleased with it but are curious as to how many questions she needs to answer before the diagnostic report completes? She has answered approximately 140 questions so far and the report just says processing. I had thought that it reported after 100 questions?

Any guidance from other users would be gratefully received!
