I am currently helping my DH find a teaching assistant job in outer London. He has applied for one and the job specifies 'actual pay', and the application pack implies that he is paid year round.
Does this mean that the 'actual' salary is what he will receive? Or will it actually be done pro rata (so be considerably less?)
At £18,000ish p/a, it seems high it that's the true salary, but if that's pro rata then it's actually very low?
