Pleased to see this article in the FT today.
Says that school system over-emphasis on rote learning and testing is taking up time needed to foster creativity. Says also that the skills children are learning are those that will be easiest to automate, so that children are being prepared for a life in jobs that are more likely to be done by robots anyway.
