You forget to accept the primary school place allocated to your DC?

Not me....a friend of mine.

Her DC was allocated a place at a very successful village school, always oversubscribed. Deadline to accept place here was 1st May.

They don't take your place away unless you inform them that you have made alternative arrangements.
