I'm so excited at being able to realise my vision for the children......but the thing that keeps me awake at night is the CP. Victoria, baby P....all so close to where I am working.

HedgeHogGroup....do you manage to strike the work/ life balance?

Absolutely. Have 2 DCs (DD 7 & DS 4). I don't work between 4.30pm & 7pm and only 'pop in' during holidays.
Its all very manageable with a good team around you. 'New broom sweeps clean' and all that - its a great chance to get rid of the deadwood and build a team who are good (or outstanding) and supportive.

Thank you! May well take you up on that. I'm going to spend next term watching and planning.

Congratulations.

Can you share any of your vision?

And your CP worries - are they about actual kids you're concerned about or about not spotting a kid you should have been concerned about?

Anyway, sounds very exciting.

Any time - and I mean that! Why re-create the wheel?!

Oh fab! Awful that you have to have CP issues weighing on you to that extent. But v v exciting - well done!
