Does anyone know how to improve concentration and focus?
If left to his own devices, he will daydream or start doodling/playing with anything nearby. So homework needs to be monitored (he is bright, so finds it very easy, so i am also worried that when it starts getting more difficult, he will find it impossible to focus on) and in sports, even ones he likes and is not bad at, he tried for about five minutes, then started messing around, chatting and telling jokes. It is driving me slightly mad!
