primary schools in paignton

I am looking for a primary school in paignton thats good with kids that are not great at paying attention, my son is 5.5 and is really struggling to cope in year 1. I am working with him on this but as its a new issue we have only just started the corrective suggestions from his current school in Warwickshire(we are looking to move down by Feb next year). He also goes into a special class to help with confidence and joining in with group activities. Don't know the area at all and only have Ofsted inspections to go on. I know they are a guide but I am afraid I may discount a school that he will love simply because they don't follow std rules and regulations. Any help greatly appreciated as I want to start interviewing schools. Thanks so much
