10 year old gymnast how to deal with pubic hair. Help!

I don't think I'd be freaking out so much if she wasn't in a leotard nearly every day for 3+ hours but she is so I am. She's only just turned 10 and I've just noticed a tiny bit under her arms, and I think I might have spotted 1 down below. She has no buds though so I'm confused from googling it seems they normally come first then the hair follows? I'm an emotional mess too I feel so bad for her she's my baby girl. I want to do the right thing by her, I dont want her to shave as it will grow quicker and more course but waxing will hurt her. Sorry I'm rambling but I don't know what to do, wasn't expecting this to happen for a while yet. Any advice? TIA
