Viewing nurseries during pandemic

I need to arrange childcare for my 2.5 year old for 2 days a week (probably 7:30-6ish). I’ve found a few local day nurseries but obviously with the current situation they aren’t allowing visitors in in the day. I’ve been invited to view in the evening once children have gone home - any advice for what I should look for? Questions to ask? Ideally I’d like to be looking at the staff-children interactions etc but obviously this can’t happen.

Cleanliness. What their Covid measures are (eg taking temperature on handover using non contact thermometer)? Food situation- what kind of meals offered? Range of toys, what’s on the walls. Learning journals - how often updated - especially as you won’t get more than a second at handover. Sleep situation. Toileting situation.
