BRUSSELS kindergarten for 3,5 y-old

Dear Mums,
We are moving to Brussels in September 2016 and we are looking for a warm, cosy and interesting for a child kindergarten private or public.
The most important for us is multiple Teachers per group, preferably small groups, lots of activities and family atmosfere.
What do you suggest?
