How to assess quality of kindergartens? Religious kindergartens in fulham?

Does anyone have advice on resources to turn to compare the quality of transition year / kindergartens in London? Are they usually correlated to the quality of the primary school? I think Good school guide only starts at primary level.

Also anyone have any perspective on the quality of kindergartens associated with the religious churches in Fulham - particularly Holy Cross, All Saints, St Thomas of Canterbury and All Saints?
