Bad jokes about pregnancy?

Hi all,
So I want a little bit of help understanding why my partners family and their friends find it funny to "joke" about our accidental pregnancy.
After being told I would need help conceiving children by a doctor and failing to get pregnant by my (ex now) long term partner, I fell pregnant with someone I was seeing a good few years later. I am against abortions and he wanted me to get one. His mum was very against me having the baby and also tried to get me to have an abortion. Long story short, his family and close friends know that our baby was unplanned, but find it hilarious to make "accident" jokes about our baby. I like to think I have a pretty good sense of humour, but I can't seem to find the funny side to this as it was a very stressful time. Can anybody help me see why this is so amusing?

So.. she wanted you to get an abortion and now she's making jokes about the pregnancy?
You must have a really good sense of humour... sure I couldn't take any of it! No Offence, but it sounds like they're being rude!
