Hey, Was just wondering when you first started leaking milk??

I have started to (only slightly) since yesterday, boobs can get very achy and have started to get teeny tiny stretch marks near the nipple (considering i was a 34a/small B before preg, im roughly a 36C now. and i know they will only get bigger!! I do moisturise but i guess if they get stretched they do

Also, TMI maybe but the past few days (since baby has changed position) I have felt like my downstairs is swollen and when i sit down for w wee i feel like its swollen (if that makes ANY sense??) baby is lying quite low i think and the pressure is immense sometimes. my feet get a bit swollen too...

I feel massive for 22+3 but people say im not and that im quite small. I suppose where im normally slim (still am but obviously have bump coming now) its odd having the extra weight. im normally 9st 7 ish. and i know im over 10 st now. but i am tall. 5 ft 7.

Sorry to ramble on, but would love to hear from you!

also, i want to start stretching and swimming. to get my body supple, any suggestions for at home stretches? i do a bit of walking but feel unhealthy and heavy!! x

Miriram Stoppard's book 'Conception, Pregnancy and Birth' has some suggested stretching exercises in it.

Are you wearing a well fitted supportive maternity (soft cup) bra? It may help reduce stretch marks on your boobs.

underwired soft bras. not maternity

I am going to buy some this week, its just tricky as i dont have a definiate size at the mo and i know ill get bigger hence a waste of money...

I am thinking of getting some of those maternity night crop bra things, just to keep them comfy....

I am still not 'leaking' any milk and am 39 weeks! Swollen feeling perfectly normal i think - extra blood flow and extra pressure means it probably is a little swollen with extra blood. Hope this helps!
