Ok found out on monday that i am pregnant woo! afetr being told a year ago that my chances of conceiving naturally were slim. I am about 6 weeks i think based on my LMP so what sort of things should i be looking out for. My boobs are killing me and they are also really itchy and tingly. They do appear to have grown too. Is this normal for so early on? I ahve had some cramping and very mild queasiness over the last few days but nothing too bad. The last thing is the tiredness, am absolutely shattered, just want to sleep for a week!! Is this normal so early on?

Yeah all pretty normal, in fact verging on the textbook. If you want a good website trybabycenre.co.uk, they will send you weekly emails and have very good info on what to expect etc.
Congratulations

Many congratulations to you missCKitty, you must be thrilled.
I already had symptoms at 6 weeks too, very similar to those you described above (am 10 weeks now). The tiredness started even early for me. I think it is very normal to be having these symptoms. I go to bed at 9pm most nights and was napping when got in from work too earlier on!
The cramping worried me at first, but lots of people kindly reassured me.

Sounds just like me, and I am the proud owner of a fine pair of torpedo-like boobies! The tiredness is just starting to ease up although I still try and grab an afternoon nap! I am now 10+5...congratulations!!

Hi ladies, know i'm prob being a paranoid freak but can pg symptoms come and go on a daily basis? Trying not to worry and know i'm being an emotional f*wit but I'm stressing out over every little thing. Not having been sick, my man doesn't seem as excited as me, my boobs only really hurt in the morning, am diabetic, worried about the fact that i've got cats, had v little cramping since the day after my bfp and the list goes on lol Stressing out and boyf doesn't seem to get it. he keeps telling me to chill out but its soooooo hard when all i want is a little reassurance. Sorry for the self pitying moan but feel better now thanks xx

Oh bless, I was just like that! Was convinced I would mc. Re. cats, I really wouldn't worry, just be vigilant about washing your hands. And I'm sure your dp will become more excited when it all sinks in for him.

What did the gp say about diabetes?

I spoke to my diabetes nurse and she's booked me an appt tues with the specialist unit so hopefully will get some more advice then. She's told me about really keeping a close eye on my sugar levels and what I eat which i have been doing and my gp said that although the risks are higher for me if i look after myself properly in relation to the diabetes i should be fine. Will let you know what happens after my appt x

Congratulations, Miss Kitty.

Your symptoms are totally normal. The only one I would add to that is sore legs, especially the right one.

Tiredness is overwhelming - nothing you have experienced before. Just take cues from your body to get enough rest.
