This is my third baby, but I really can?t remember. My reason for asking is I?m due to be induced on monday, 10 days early, and wondered if this is a positive sign that my body is more ready.

I had colostrum from 16 weeks with DS. Ridiculously early - what was I going to do with it then?!

Colostrum is there from early on I am afraid. It isn't really a sign of impending labour but more an old wives tale. Some women leak for months before they deliver. Hope your induction goes OK which with third baby, probably will.

I'm not even pg & I have colostrum leaking from my breasts! Very weird.

I know mine kicked in at 26 weeks. I was on holiday in the south of france, walking around Antibes in a pink teeshirt with dark pink bits where my boobs were leaking.

The shame......

mmm, so that theory doesn?t work. I?ll just have to wait and see what happens tomorrow.
