Was your morning sickness the same with every pregnancy?

Just wondered what your thoughts were. I had hyperemesis with ds1, it was a bit better with ds2 as I had acupuncture which worked well. I am expecting dc3 but very little sickness, just a little nausea occasionally. Beginning to wonder if everything is ok as I am not experiencing the permanent nausea and sickness as previously. Would really like to know what you have experienced.

no, with dd sickness was bad until about 23 weeks, with ds i didn't feel very sick at all, and it completely passed by 12 weeks.

with DS i was sick once. with DC2 (currently 15weeks pg), still being very sick now, on a daily basis

at least having read lucykate's post, there seems to be hope that its not going to be until DC2 is here!

I had bad nausea with all three, it got worse with each pregnancy and lasted until 16 weeks. The fact you have some nausea is prob a good thing, my midwife always said it was a good sign. I did have one pg that ended in m/c at 8 weeks, during that pg I had no nausea at all (others it started at 6 weeks)

With DS1 I had no sickness at all, with DS2 I maybe felt a little queasy once or twice but that was it, and this time (8 weeks pregnant)I have felt queasy at some point of pretty much every day but no actual vomitting.

first dd no sickness at all. slight nausea right at beginning but not bad. with this pregnancy, now 24 weeks, was sick for the first 3 months all day long and was still feeling really bad until around 18 weeks. finally feel ok now!

dd1 sickness and nausea until 12 weeks which then vanished, this time round worse sickness until 18 weeks which let up slightly and has only just really gone away at 32 weeks. Totally different.

Thanks for sharing all your experiences. I was really dreading the nausea and sickness this time round. Perhaps I should just enjoy the fact that it is so mild at the moment!

Hyperemesis with first, hyperemesis with second. Probably will have hyperemesis with the third . Sometimes I think my body hates me

Not even close. First was barely there at all (a slight queasy feeling that went away when I ate anything at all).

This time 9 weeks of constant vomiting, nausea, passing out etc.
