Hi I am 6 weeks pregnant with first baby, I had cramps, tender breasts and nausea up until 2 days ago then it all stopped is this normal I'm really worried something has gone wrong

No I wouldn't say so at all. They come and go. These early days are horrible because you're always looking for symptoms but sometimes - like my last pregnancy - there are very few. And as I said they stop and start. Hope that's made you feel a bit better.

Thanks it's has made me feel a little better I think I'm just really nervous something is gonna go wrong as it has taken me so long to get pregnant and this is probably my last chance as I am now over 40

They come and go all the time am 16 weeks myself and started a thread similar to this about my MS coming and going.

Try to relax (easier said than done I know ) It's normal to fret when you want somethin so badly.

I will try to relax a bit, calmer now I've been able to talk to someone who has expierenced something similar

Honestly, every pregnancy is different. I have friends who have had no symptoms at all the whole way through with one pregnancy and been throwing up for months with another. It is normal, honest

I couldve written this. I had hyperemesis with ds but next to nothing so far this time and am worried but trying not to be.

Really am a lot calmer now have'nt told anyone yet as I'm only 6 weeks, don't really have a lot of people I can talk to, so this has really helped thanks
