The joys of morning sickness?

Quick question for you all. This is my second pregnancy and I know the sickness starts at around 6 weeks and generally lasts until 12 or 13 weeks but I can't remember whether it gets progressively worse during this period of time. I'm almost 7 weeks and wondering if it's going to get worse before it gets better. Last preg was four and half years ago and I just can't remember! Thanks. x

I'm currently just over 12 weeks. My MS seemed to peak at around 9-10 weeks (with 24/7 nausea - bleh!) but fortunately has been easing off since then.

I hope that helps. Good luck!

I'm 10 weeks now and my MS (or all day sickness!) seems to have been coming in waves since week 6. I have a really bad couple of days, then it eases off, but not completely and then I have another really bad couple of days. Last week (9) was the worst it has been so far, so for me it has gotten a little worse, but I suppose it depends on the individual. Muchly looking forward to 12 week onwards mark when I hope it goes away completely!!!

week 9 was the worst for me for some reason. gradually started getting better at about week 13 and was completely nausea free by week 15.

I would say mine was worst from 8-10 weeks definitely. Hopefully you won't have long to go until you start feeling better...x

Thanks ladies. Week 9 seems to be a bit of a recurring theme...looking forward to it already - not I know this period of my life will pass but when you're in the thick of it, it's hard to remember what it feels like to be normal! Take care everyone. x
