Bzarre Tips you've heard to ward of MS

I know a lot of us have struggled with Ms some much worse than others as other threads convey.

But what wards off your " I feel sooo sick" feeling?
Anyone been offered some bizarre tips to keep sickness at bay?

Someone once told me to eat a bowl of cereal in the middle of the night( after we've been worken up by the need to wee obv)

My current ward off ms remedy is orange-fresh and fizzy water.
Fish if I can smell it in a mile does the complete opposite mind.

This is only light hearted no offence is meant to anyone so i apologise if any was made

Funny you should say fresh orange and water, I drank loads of Roses Lime Cordial when I was pregnant with DD.

And had a hankering after Schwipp-Schwapp, a German coke/fanta mix.

Cake, biscuits, cereal bars, ice cream, bowls of cereal... Aything you can keep down to keep your blood sugar up, and stomach full! I used to eat every 2-3 hours, including just as I was going to sleep (in the hope it would keep me going 8 hours)

mmm lime cordial!
I want coleslaw- can we eat this? or is this not allowed much like my longing for proper coke in a glass bottle with olives and nuts(obv. the last two i can have) suppose caffiene free coke could work.

definitely love cereal- not in the middle of the night!

Why can't you have coke 3? I happily drink at least one a day, and as I can't stomach tea or coffee, the caffine just about keeps me alive! In fact lots of sweet fizzy drinks and regular bacon sarnies are my fail safe ms cure!

I limited my coke intake when pregnant but still drank it occasionally.

Coleslaw is fine, just not with fresh mayonnaise.

First pregnancy with DD ice-cream or mcCoys Salt and Vinegar crisps..

This time 19 weeks still being sick and if I eat (what I fancy at the time it varies) no sure fix found yet!

Smells of so many things set me off also talking about being sick.....funnily "talking on here" doesn't make me sick??? Just in RL!

*orange its so not much the caffiene- although didnt have caffiene before pregnancy as i bounce off the walls for hours. It is more the trapped wind I find unbearable! It is getting better though so I will hold my can up to you and cheers!

p.s in my younger student days, i have had many a date with the toilet the morning after and coke burns! the thought of that and ms fills me with dread!
