How many times do you wee at night?

I'm 17 weeks with my 2nd pregnancy and wee twice a night already.....

During the late stages of my 1st, I was up 5 times a night and am dreading getting to that stage! So I'm wondering how many times does everyone else need to wee at night?

(I must remember to do those pelvic floors!)

dont even get me started on this one!!! i am thinking off getting a potty in my room i swear to god!! 38 weeks pregnant now and about 6/7 time a night on a good night!! also i weird thing i have noticed is if i drink tea i go loads more thann if i drink anything else. strange!!

Ahh it is a pain eh! I am up about 5 times a night and i am due on Tuesday. I can't remember being this bad when i was pg with ds either!

Mines eased a bit at 9 weeks and I go about once a night, very glad about this as the nights will get colder soon!

I get to that stage where I have literally just been but pyschologically think I need to go again and nothing comes out!

23 weeks and 2/3 times a night. But when I go I wee loads! (tmi!).

35 weeks and I go 7-8 times a night no matter how much or little i drink...have done since about 10 weeks ! Im thinking of moving my TV and bed into the bathroom

Deffinately one of the irritations of pregancy. For a long time (from conception onwards) I'd be going 2-4 times a night. It wasn't just the going that was a pain it was the fact that I'd be wide awake for upto 2-3 hours after a pee session. At the moment - I'm 21 wks - I go twice a night and I'm so relieved that I am sleeping much better. What a luxury: after all, we should all be able to have a sleep deposit account during pregnancy in which we could save up on hours of sleep for those lightweight nights ahead with our newborn treasures!

On a related issue: do you feel that sometimes your baby in pressing on your bladder? There are nights when I pee less than others (thrilling info I know ) and I also wondered if you think your weight goes up due to water retention sometimes. I'd like to believe so!

Actually this is really funny because I woke up this morning and realised for the first time in about 5 months I had gone all through the night without getting up for a wee. I was so excited I woke my OH to tell him and contemplated putting some sort of celebration post up on here but figured all other pregnant women would loathe me forever.

I am 21 weeks, normally get up twice ATM. The other night I got up 5 times though, maddening.

I'm nearly 22 weeks and its gone down to just once or twice in the last few weeks....
When i was about 15/16 weeks i went thru a stage of going about 5 times a night and had one entirely sleepless night when i went about 12 times -i was inconsolable by about 5am!
I too was v excited yesterday morning when i slept through without going all night!

40 weeks - and about 6 times a night. Unless I've had a reflexology session, in which case I seem to be able to sleep straight through.

4 times and am 23 weeks.

19 weeks once a night, but desperate to go when I wake up in the morning.

And I drink a lot of fluids. Glad I'm not going more though!

25 weeks and it ranges from twice to 7 times!! But have to admit I do think its psycological half the time. My mum has already said to get a potty but knowing me I will know wee all over the place and that would be alot worse. Anyone else finding they going through alot of loo paper??? My husband reckons its doubles!

31 weeks, normally about three times a night... Think its more annoying when it happens like today when I was in town, thought I was abolsutely desperate, so wobbled up to toilets (I look like a Weeble already...) only to produce a tiny amount. Bloody baby sitting on my bloody bladder... grumbles and waddles off to find chocolate

I have to go pretty much every 2-3 hours but get back to sleep pretty quickly.

However, I am cursed with a bladder the size of a pea as I have to get up at least once, maybe twice a night even when I'm not pregnant.

Please tell me that it's good training for having a newborn and makes it easier to get used to broken sleep? Please?
