Pregnancy Belts????

Do the pregnancy belts help the back pain as this is agony with my back being arched all the time, can't wait for this little monkey to be out and i can have my body back and my back going straight again

I have a bump band thing from Mothercare. Seems to help with my SI joint pain. 24 weeks at the moment, so don't know how long it will keep working for. But was only £12, so well worth it, even if just for a few weeks' relief.
