Hi guys,
Im 14 weeks pg now and for the last 2 days ive had quite a sore twinge type pain right in my pubic bone on the right side. It comes and goes and only lasts seconds. Seems to be worse when im sat on here but it went away when i lay in bed last night. Its not sharp or really painful just quite sore. Do you think its just stretching pain? This is my 2nd pregnancy. There are no other probs just this on off twinge.
Its just playing on my mind and i wondered if anyone else feels anything similar?
Thanks for reading!

I got a similar thing - my doc said it was the ligaments on either side of the pubic bone stretching. But speak to your doctor if you're still worried.

Im 13+6 weeks and get the same pains/twinges every now and then. Seems to be worse if i get up suddenly or awkwardly but once i straighten up etc it goes, so only lasts a few seconds.

Midwife said it was the ligaments stretching like Mouette said.

But if still worried speak to your midwife and she will be able to advise you.

Good luck

I had this, was told it was ligaments. Midwife offered me physio classes at the hospital but it's been fine ever since I stopped rushing around too much (first nasty twinge was when running for a train).
