Silly question but is it ok to drink while pregnant? completely gone off tea and coffee and dying for a hot drink- just checking if its safe to drink.

Thanks

I think it does contain caffeine, but much less than coffee or normal tea. I used to think it was caffeine free and got a shock when told otherwise.

think one or two cups would be fine.

It has caffeine in it like normal tea, but is safe to drink, just like other tea.
Hope you like it.
You could try redbush tea if you dont want caffeine (not tea, but tastes OK - you can get it from the supermarket).

Thanks everyone. will look into redbush.

having caffine doesnt bother me its just with this cold weather, im getting a nasty cough and im starting to miss having a hot drink especially after dropping DS1 off at school 1st thing in the morning. Just in need of warming up- without feeling sick LOL!
