I did and sadly for hubby I still do . But I snored a bit before so I suspect it was always going to happen. If you didn't snore before it's probably due to hormones making mouth and throat muscles more lax and will sort itself out once you've given birth.

I keep snoring that bad that sometimes i actually wake myself up by making a kind of pig snort snoring noise!! It practically makes me jump up outta bed its that loud!!

worst is that i just cant stay awake at the mo, and fall asleep on the couch even when we have guests and sometimes wake myself by snorting to loads of laughing guests!!

I snored before pg and now even worse. And I make no apologies for it, frankly . It must be due to relaxing muscles in the throat.

Hubby has heard me in bed while he is on the couch downstairs! It is currently so persistent that I have woken up with that unable-to-swallow dryness in my throat and most of the next day having that 'after vibration'(no, not that kind) feeling in my throat and head.

There is something I found in Sainsbury's called 'Stop Snore' that works. It is made from essential oils.

yes, me, both this time and last time I have had a totally stuffed up nose virtually from moment of conception and snore horribly.

Those things you stick on your nose to open the airways (that rugby players use) seem to work - not attractive though so strictly for use after lights-out .
