Not recommended! Ordered item over a month ago, didn't arrive after 9 days, contacted them, told it wasn't in stock but not offered refund or told when to expect item, then after a week I contacted them again, told now in stock, would be despatched, didn't arrive, contacted them again(can you see a theme here!) told it would be with me by end of week, no product, then told on Monday would be with me Tuesday, no product, then told Tues would be sent on Weds and with me Thurs, phoned up Thurs to check it had been sent and was happily told "Item is now in stock, we'll send it out to you"! I've asked for a refund, lets hope that doesn't take 5 weeks too.

Damn - I wish I'd checked this before ordering with them. Absolute nightmare ... how are they still trading??? I ordered a BabyBjorn Active, which arrived, wrong colour and clearly had been used. No one ever answers the phone, and you get lots of conflicting info. I have no confidence if I send the item back I'll get my money back - and as no one ever answers the phone, how can I harass them?
MUMS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - STAY CLEAR!
