Hi all
Has anyone been monitoring their resting heart rate while pregnant? There’s no real information online in regards to it other than a few chats I have seen.
Anyway the reason I ask - I miscarried on 21st September this year and fell pregnant again the next cycle. This means my anxiety is at a all time low and google is my best friend (I know this is making things 10000 times worse). I have noticed some women talk about tracking their RHR. My RHR has not really rose as much as it maybe should have done and in fact it has fell once or twice recently. I’m pretty anxious as looking back this happened around my miscarriage. I’ve got no bleeding or cramping but do have some lower back pain and minimal symptoms although I am only 4+4. Rang EPU today and she said that she’s never heard that a drop in RHR leads to miscarriage. Just looking for some reassurance really....
