So I have high bp but it has been good during pregnancy apart from the odd spike, the last few times it's been creeping up speaking with midwife (not normal) she says ohhh well it's normal for it to rise depending on what your doing,
So not sure if to mention to my consultant the higher results I've been getting
152/90. ...148/90 I'm already on x2 medication for BP

You should certainly mention it and it should be checked regularly. I don't think your figures are too alarming though so try not to worry. If it keeps going up even on meds then it may be a case of the monitoring regularly and worst case scenario, induction but you're not there yet.
