Heavy bleeding pregnancy test getting darker? 5 weeks

Hi,
I took a test on Sunday 12th July and got a really faint positive on a first response test (eye squintier) starting bleeding heavily yesterday 14th July ( like a period no clots, started out at spotting) and went to the doctors who's pregnancy test said negative roll on today and Iv taken another test and the line is getting darker? Has anyone had this and still been pregnant? Also I must mention I took the morning after pill on the 23rd June and started taking desogestrel there after (which apparently stops Ella one from working) so I'm worried of ectopic pregnant also, doctors are none the wiser and said they can't do anything until it shows on there test, thanks x
