Hi,
I am 27 and either 8+3 or 7+5, I'm worrying myself into oblivion and I can't stop it. I don't feel good enough, I'm scared the baby won't survive even though I've had 2 private scans and seen the heartbeat.
I just can't shake my anxiety, I am under a team of MW who focus on mothers with mental health issues but I'm just fed up of crying and being stressed

I'm sorry to hear you're so worried, try and confide in friends/family and do lots of things that make you happy and can make you feel somewhat normal in the current climate. Speak to the Midwives as much as you need to you're going to be fine xx

I'm sorry you are going through this. I had it too. I had therapy through first trimester and the hormones settled a lot in the 2nd. First trimester is a nightmare. Felt like I had constant pmt.

For what's its worth I didn't have pnd or anxiety after the birth. I was sure I would. I had baby blues at first but it passed, much to my surprise. PleAse believe that you will be ok. Keep taking help now. You realise you are having issues and are doing Sth about it. That's amazing. Good luck xxx
