Hi all..

Wondering if this is normal. I'm nearly 22 weeks and having a feeling of being so full all day long...I'm suddenly also exhausted this weekend! I've needed a nap at about 4 and just about wake up at 7.30pm which I've found a bit odd. I put it down to lack of sleep whilst it was so hot but I'm not sure...

Anyone else felt like this?

Maybe the baby is squashing your stomach. It's surely possible. Make sure you are still eating and drinking something, might need to be in smaller portions than normal. You need it for the energy, or else you will feel even more tired.

I'm not used to feeling so full and bloated and it's making me a bit nauseous! Maybe it's something to get used to
