6 weeks pregnant - Lower back cramps

It's been so long since I had a successful pregnancy, I can't remember if it's normal to have a bit of lower back ache. Can anyone relate to this?

A wee bit about my pregnancy... By my last period I would be 7 weeks + 1 day. However, my cycle has crept up to around 34 days which could make me around 6 weeks pregnant (ish). I went for an early scan last week thinking I was 6 weeks and they could only see an empty Gestational Sac measuring around 4/5 weeks. Standard protocol is to send me home and get me back in for rescan in 2 weeks time. So my scan isn't until next Saturday. My pregnancy tests are big strong lines and the Clear Blue conception indicators have increased as they should (along with the scan dates). I haven't had any bleeding. As for pregnant symptoms, apart from sore boobs and a bit of nausea, I'm ok! With my only successful pregnancy, I had horrendous morning sickness and a pregnancy migraine that got me sent to hospital (my doctor thought it was a bleed in the brain). So yeh, panicking a little with all those different thoughts on my mind. Any advice, words of wisdom, experience is very welcome! xxx
