I’m 34+2 and experiencing so many aches and pains, I feel about 80 and just want to cry... new one is pain in both knees, is this normal? Anyone else?

It takes me ages to get up now and I have constant back ache as well as severe carpal tunnel syndrome. I’m guessing these last six weeks will only continue to get harder? 😔
