Cholestasis in pregnancy HELP

I am 32 weeks and I have cholestasis, was diagnosed at 30 weeks, my hands and feet are unbearably itchy at night and now my breasts are too, I am so uncomfortable, I only sleep when I have taken sleeping tablet but don't want to keep depending on them every night because I'm not waking up easily the next day and I don't feel with it..

My baby is so active and I feel him so much through out the day usually and today I've felt him give me a good kick about 5pm because I was really poking at my belly trying to get a kick because only just realised I had not felt him since I woke up and he gave a tiny wriggle too
Ifelt him move a little wriggle about an hour ago when trying to make him move but do you think he's just being stubborn or tired or shall I call midwife and report this? I know I felt him just not as prominent as what he usually is and as constant

I need help I'm just so unsure what to do right now

Any change in movement needs to be checked. Please call immediately.

With cholestasis and reduced movements the best thing is to call the hospital.

Firstly, so sorry you're going through this. It sounds really hard. Secondly, at this stage I would worry if there were less than 10 movements (without poking) a day. Another one here saying get it checked out with someone as soon as possible. It's worth it for your peace of mind. Hopefully, all is well.
