Symptoms gone!!

This is baby number 5 for me and i am slightly concerned that my symptoms have completely disappeared. I am only 6 weeks so i know thats early days but my other 4 pregnancys i suffered horrendous morning sickness threw out. Yesterday i was sick all day and night off my food only managed to sip lemonade which for me is a normal pregnancy then today its as tho they have just vanished into thin air and i feel pretty normal! Has anyone had this before or am i over worrying?

Don't be worried I'm jealous baby 5 for me too I had this exact same thing I'm 9+2 and sooooo 🤢 sick wishing first trimester away truly

Thankyou for your reply and congrats on number 5! So you where sick then it stopped then came back?

Hate to say it but good to know sorry your sick! I have never had a pregnancy that consists of the odd good day my morning sickness or all day and night sickness normally results in me needing fluids in hospital! So for it come then go has really got me worrying that something is not right. Thsnkyou for your replys
