Bfp but worried about ectopic

Hi everyone

Got my bfp last week confirmed by doctor so am 4+5 weeks pregnant first time. So all over the weekend I have a bavkache on my right side thay kind of moved to my hip and gave me a bit of a dead arm and leg feeling which spread across to the same on my left. This morning from the top of my right shoulder down feels achey and dead. Im so worried about ectopic. I have a scan booked for friday to see if sac is in right place but I just want to know if anyone experienced anything like this amd what was the outcome. Thank you xx
