Pregnancy

Very early symptoms, is this normal?

Hi, I felt little differences in my body SO early on I just had a feeling I must be pregnant. I took a test (or 5) and it was in fact positive, using a period tracker app i was able to guess that I was only actually 3/4 weeks pregnant at that time & I wonder is that mad to know so early, to feel things? People go so long without even knowing they were pregnant & I just knew my symptoms were more than my period due.
My boobs were acting up, not tender, more like throbbing (I’m normally a 36HH, don’t know if size has anything to do with it). I had cramps but lasting longer than 1 day which I would usually expect with my period due.
I could see the purple veins in my chest raised & my sleeping pattern was a mess (I can usually sleep through a storm).
I’m now 6/7 weeks & I’ve been reading online (too much quite possibly) & others seem to have these symptoms later? Or not have any symptoms until at least 6 weeks when I’ve felt pregnant for a few weeks now (but feels like forever when we are in lockdown).
I can also feel my body changing in that my belly is pure liquid, I’m mega bloated after every meal (this is new).

Basically, long story short, would just like some confirmation that others felt symptoms super early & I’ve not gone mad. Or equally, tell me I’m mad. Grin
(Secretly I’m hoping I’m actually further along that my last period allows, has anyone had similar?)

Yeah with DC2, I knew (strongly suspected) before period was due. I cooked some fish and found the smell utterly disgusting. Normally it didn't bother me.

I had strong symptoms early on.
Sense of smell was insane, crazy exhaustion, nausea, skin changes and different pains to pms and that was all from 4 weeks..
5 weeks the severe sickness and nausea kicked in and its been strong symptoms every since

Some women are just more aware of their body, if you were trying then you were likely looking out for signs

Normal either way!
Wishing you a healthy pregnancy

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

You’re not mad! I knew quite early with both mine. DC1 I was being sick at 4 weeks and with DC2 started with with nausea and exhaustion at 5 weeks.

Some pregnancies are like that. DD1 had me with horrendous morning sickness, sore boobs, migraines, the works.

DD2 I was STARVING all the time

Then I had twins and if it hadn't been for the test, I would have had no idea! Midwife couldn't believe it at booking as she'd never met a twin mum without at least a bit of morning sickness (it was actually my easiest pregnancy by far!)

I remember that I knew I was preggo before my period was late because I just felt like rubbish, like I was coming down with a really bad cold.

Yes. First pregancy I knew days before my period was due.
Felt sick dizzy, the smell of pizza made me heave at work, my colleague joked 'pregnant'...
Took a test on the Friday, bfp, period due Sunday.

This pregnancy, I felt pregnant in the tww.
4dpo, had left sided cramps, then followed sleep went to pot, headaches, dizziness.
BFP at 9dpo.

My mum could tell I was pregnant before I was overdue or had taken a test... Even though 2 of 3x didn't know we were trying...
So I feel must be symptoms/changes really early on.

Congratulations!!!
I just got my BFP this morning 10dpo after noticing cm hadn't gone back to normal after ovulation(sorry tmi) it was the only symptom though until today been getting shooting pains in boobs and still hungry after a roast dinner.
Took first response - pregnant
Took cheap poundstretcher test - pregnant
Repeat X3 - poundstretcher tests still pregnant
Break open clear blue digital - NOT PREGNANT

I'm going with the positive ones though as they were unmistakably dark.
