Wondering if anyone’s gone through similar. Had a midwife appointment two weeks ago where my blood pressure was130/88 which isnt high however midwife expressed this was high for me i always range at 120/70. This week i went and i was 146/94 and she sent me in to be monitored and rule out preeclampsia. They said i dont have preeclampsia. My urine showed 3+ protein, 2+ leukocyte and 1+ blood. My blood pressure came down a bit and midwife at hospital said it wasn’t great but was acceptable. I have another midwife appointment Wednesday however they want me to have my blood pressure re done on Sunday. I’m wondering if anyone’s had this and what the outcome was really? I had bloods done which were fine. But dont really want to be sent in every few days to be sent home if that makes sense as i have a 3 year old and my husbands manager wont allow him to come home if i go into hospital in less I’m in ‘full blown labour’ wondering if anyone’s had similar and what happened really? I’m 38 weeks today. Also have strep b.

I had an episode at 38w. BP was 164/128 so was in overnight for obs and booked in for induction on due date. I had to have a MW come and check my bp every day at home. Mine was gestational hypertension rather than pre eclampsia. It's a wee bit of a hindrance all the bp monitoring but it's for a good reason! See if you can get home visits rather than you having to do all the travelling. X
