Is it really a BFP? It was very light but definately there.....

This is the first month of trying sice getting the grn light from the hospital..

I will no doubt be testing again tomorrow and the day after and the day after that...

Does anyone have any idea about taking steroids in early pregnancy?

I have had five m/c's no live births...All m/c's very early...latest at 11 weeks.

I am under care of Lesley Reagan and will be making an appointment in the morning to see her.
Basically last time i saw her a few weeks ago a decision was made to put me on steroids as soon as I got pregnant. I have to take baby aspirin too.
Does anyone know if steroids will be tablet form or syringe form?

I am a bit concerned about the syringe...Last two pregnancies I had to take heparin jabs twice a day and I stil have the scars....

HELP!!!!!!

would be about 10dpo, so yup, a line is a line! incidentally i got a bfp at 7dpo. cant advise about the hormones, but can sympathise with the multiple mc's you will need to speak to your doc asap and i will cross every apendage for you and your bean. may it be a sticky one!

I'm good Oinker, but I am more interested in you and your "present state". I have just seen your post on the other thread regarding clexane. Was gonna suggest it but then read you have tried it. I wish I had a magic wand for you huuny, I really do. You deserve to get what you want so badly {{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}

For the record though, I am now a first year midwifery student -yay!! Loving it with a passion and I know I have made the right career choice. Might be coming up to your neck of the woods next weekend...might have to meet for a coffee??

xxxxxxxxxx

Hi Oinker,
Big congrats are in order
I too have had 5mcs but my last 2 pgs i had baby aspirin and clexane and they have resulted in a gorgeous DS and a DD due in October so things do work out in the end.
My way of dealing with the mcs was to tell myself that there was something wrong with the baby so they weren't meant to be and that everything happens for a reason.
I know this probably sounds harsh but i think i'd have cracked up if i didn't think about it like that.
I now absolutely hate pg as i worry all through that something'll go wrong and won't believe it properly until the LO is here!
Take care of yourself tho and good luck.
Sarah x

You still on MSN Pep?

Perhaps, maybe, possibly we could do a Christmas meet up. We could do it a bit further north than London. Let me know what you think and then we can begin organising.

Oinker - I will let you tell be all the details of your appt on Saturday xxxx

When are they are going to scan you oinker? Do they have a 'plan'

Report
oinker · 09/08/2007 07:43

Oh, that's a shame PP.

We'll have to do it towards Christmas time then.

I will be scanned on the 29th August. I am just taking one day at a time. I really do expect amiracle this time.
I have done absolutely everything they have asked of me. Most noticeably is the weight loss. BMI is now below 28 which is good. They were well impressed.

FINGERS CROSSED.........
