Sparklygothcat and nutcracker - were your tiny babies premature (I assume the 3lbers were!) or just very small?

dd was 3 days early and weighed 5lb 9oz

Report
PrettyCandles · 05/08/2007 15:22

Aksherly, his was the easiest birth of the three, and - get this - no stitches

Beaten by a Weasley!

Mozhe's no. 6 must be in the running for smallest - can't remember what it was though (I'd ask her but I think she's still windsurfing, paragliding and waterskiing on the backs of untethered sharks in St Barts)

All my DCs were 8lb-something so no prizes for me.

Am due in September this year but will be having db in August-wish me luck lol

Not natural thank goodness lol
c-section due to breech and urgency to get him out as scan showed him to be 6lbs the day before delivery and doppler flow said he wasnt getting enough nutrients
Will be having a natural delivery with this one if I go into labour before my c-s date and had normal delivery with dd.
Estimated weight of this one at recent scan was 11lbs and by the time i get to c-s date baby will probs be approx 13lbs.Dont even want to think about term size lol.
As I am having a girl she should be a touch smaller than ds but needless to say I have stocked up on 6-9mth babygros just in case
