I'm 7 weeks pregnant found out a couple of weeks ago since then I have changed my diet alot I was about 8 lb overweight in the Two weeks I've lost 4 lb I'm in no way dieting but eating 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks a day in scared I'm not eating enough as I'm losing weight.
I've also not had much sickness just feeling sick now and again I'm only craving healthy foods which is good has anyone else had this? I know it's early days and I will gain along the way.

I lost 8lb in the first trimester but gained it back & more in the second.
My weight stayed the same initially then I got hit with nausea at 6 weeks & ate an orange a day for the best part of a month. Midwife wasn't concerned. You could be eating less calories than usual if you're eating healthy? You don't need to increase them at this stage.

I also noticed I was burning more calories on my Fitbit was definitely not moving more.

I lost nearly a stone in the first trimester last time and I’m down 7lbs this pregnancy due to HG.. all was well. I actually put on 3 stone once I stopped being sick 24/7 (but I guess really two stone given I lost one).. it all balances out Smile

The baby will take what it needs! I’ve only put on 4kg in total this pregnancy (2 weeks to go until due date), the recommendation for my weight group is 7-11kg. The midwife doesn’t seem worried as baby is around 60th centile on measurements and looking great on scans etc, and I’m otherwise well. I’ve dropped body weight because I’ve been sick all the way through.

I lost weight in my first pregnancy. I was overweight (BMI) and lost quite a bit up to around 20 weeks (about 15 pounds). I gained back some in late pregnancy, but was lighter at birth than when my daughter was born. My daughter was born at 3.5 kg and there were no pregnancy complications. My midwife said it isn't uncommon to lose weight during pregnancy if you were overweight to start with.

You're craving healthy foods, still eating & won't be dehydrated. All sounds good OP Smile

I lost weight, didn’t t have any sickness, but was 10lbs lighter the day I went into labour than I was at my booking in appointment. After giving birth I was 2 1/2 stone lighter than pre pregnancy.

I did have a BMI of 30 before pregnancy however didn’t really change my diet just seemed to lose my appetite during pregnancy so probably was eating less, but was by no means starving myself! I feel like the baby seemed to speed up my very slow metabolism! Managed to keep the weight off as well so extra happy!

I lost weight in my first trimester, due to sickness and nausea. DH was really stressed because I was already a bit underweight when pregnancy began and by 12 weeks I was less. Now at 22 weeks and finally over my original weight. Dr was never concerned though. He said as baby is growing it doesn't really matter. Your Dr or midwife would tell you if they had a concern.

I lost a stone in my first trimester of my second pregnancy. I had severe HG (hospital treatment) and I was breastfeeding as well. It all worked itself out (although the HG was only cured by giving birth! Same both times)

As someone who’s 10 weeks pregnant me who scoffed a pastry this morning I would love to say I’m losing weight (healthily 🤣)

I’ve been tracking my weight on my pregnancy app every Friday but have missed past 2 weeks as was away so will update tomorrow 😬

I’m currently 22 weeks and just came back off an all inclusive holiday where I eat like an animal for two weeks. When I stood on the scales when I got back I was half a stone lighter than I was before I found out I was pregnant. I’m assuming it’s all the walking and swimming.

I lost 4 stone with my DD 3 stone with my son and this one I was a size 14-16 I'm now a 10-12 one thing I enjoy about pregnancy. This one I've had more sickness than the others but it's not came off as fast I'm 90% sure it's a boy again as I've lost my bum, with my DD I had a huge bum with boys I seem to lose all weight and just carry on the bump x

I’ve lost a stone with both pregnancies. My first I put it back on plus an extra 2 stone so I’m not worried this time around 😊

I was a stone lighter the day I gave birth than the day I got pregnant, and once the swelling and water retention had gone after I gave birth I was 2 stone lighter. Baby was a very health 10lb 13oz! So no harm done to her!

I lost two stone plus with all 3DC. I had HG until the day they were born. All were 8lb plus too.
