Def heard about the peanuts but not dairy products or bananas?
ALso - try to limit tuna as it contains traces of mercury.
Obviously avoid offal like the plague

Philadelphia cheese is fine it is brie etc that is a problem (although I ate it and prawns to no ill effect whilst PG.)

Would you be able just to check directly with the lady in question? When I was pregnant just before Christmas it used to drive me up the wall when people tried to take away my stilton/brie/salads/pate, or wanted to ruin my steaks by overcooking them. I know most people follow the guidelines, and I wouldn't advocate anything else, but it's just a thought.
