Femur in 6th percentile at anomaly scan, really worried

So we had a lovely scan today at 19+1. Very active, wiggly baby, everything normal. Right at the end the sonographer told us both femurs were small, measuring 6th percentile. Head is 13th percentile but body is pretty average. Me and dh are both very tall. We're freaking out. We've read this can be a soft marker for downs amongst other things. I have immediate family with very very severe LD and any risk markers worry me, I'd worry how I'd cope. We're not being offered extra care or monitoring, I'm already down for consultant care and growth scans at 30wks due to recurrent miscarriage care. They didn't seem too fussed. I don't know what to think? My hunch is I might be a week behind, they put me forward a week at the 12wk scan which was at odds with earlier scans and when I went from a BFN to a BFP.
