17+3 - all the symptoms! Desperate

Firstly, is anyone up?!

I'm 17+3 and going crazy.
Symptoms are:
Insomnia (obviously!), dry mouth, feeling dehydrated, UTI, migraine, dizziness, nausea

My wee is so clear it could be mistaken for water, so it's not a case of me not drinking enough!!

Can't bear being in A&E under all those fluorescent lights for hours, 111 is going to refer me there as that is their default but I just can't leave the house with this headache. Midwife told me to wait until consultant appt on Monday if I can.

Stress levels also through the roof as I'm worried work think I'm taking the mick as was off for a holiday, back one day and now this has happened :(

Not sure why I am posting or what I am looking for. Lack of sleep is the worst!

Sorry can you clarify OP- are these symptoms that put together could mean something bad? Or that they're your pregnancy symptoms and you're struggling to cope?

Pregnancy symptoms and struggling to cope. No idea what all of them mean together, not googling it as if I do I know it'll be terminal!

I'm sure they don't mean anything together, just the way you phrased it made me wonder. Sorry to hear you're having a hard time. Flowers I've had all the same symptoms except UTI which I had the symptoms of but urine test was fine. But having them all at once does sound awful. I know how stressful it is worrying about work as last time I had a migraine I ended up being sent home and I was worried what everyone would think or that my colleagues would have to stay late, but you have to try your best not to worry about it and take care of yourself. I'd probably try a&e if you feel you can just so they can check if everythings ok. I know what you mean about the lights as had to see the doctor on call last time and waiting in a brightly lit reception for an hour did not help!

I don't think you need to go to A&E, I think the condition you're suffering with is pregnancy. I would just stop worrying about work and get to bed and rest if possible.

Thanks for your responses!
Finally managed sleep at 8 this morning, feeling a lot better (but still pretty awful).

Going to attend my walk in centre round the corner tomorrow, just in case there is anything they can give me.

Doesn't help that I'm a FTM so not been through this before so don't know what to expect or when to worry x
