How late can baby turn breech?

I'm 38+4. There's no way baby can have flipped at this stage without me knowing, right? Is that possible??
The reason I'm asking is that usually when he hiccups I always feel it really low down near my cervix but just now I felt what I swear were hiccups up near my ribs!

Baby was head down when I had a scan at 36 weeks.

My daughter turned very late, in the 37th or 38th week. She was small though, I think a bigger baby would have no chance at turning so late

Well, according to all the growth scans I've had he's on the 90th centile... although I keep being told how inaccurate these scans are and my first baby was small.

My first turned very late on, my second kept flipping head down to breech until 39 weeks.

Thesearms could you feel the baby turning though? I'd have thought I would have noticed it happening.

The only other thing I have noticed is that all the movements I'm feeling over the last day or so seem to be over to one side of my bump. Not sure if that means anything.

Not with my first, I had no idea he had gone breech until I was in labour. My second I could see and feel him doing it, very uncomfortable!

41+ weeks. I was in the hospital having a shower before being induced, when he turned. You would definitely know. 😲

I know. 😕It felt like he had 2 fistfuls of my intestines which he held onto as he turned. 🤮 I was being induced and was talked into trying a vaginal delivery. The student nurses had been in for a feel of my belly, and were brought in again after he turned for another feel. The baby was 9lb 3 oz, so a fair size.

dumb question alert, when do they settle for breech/normal? I had a scan at 16 weeks and LO was breech I assume he will keep cartwheeling and flipping for a while and I won't know until near delivery?

My friend's baby turned while she was in the waiting room for her C-section! She was sent home and then the baby didn't come for three weeks

Oh god, he's just been hiccuping again and this time I felt it lower than before but all the way over to one side. Maybe he's turned transverse?? Confused
