Just been diagnosed with Gestational diabetes 👎🏼 haven't had any appointments through yet but have started reading up on the best things to eat to keep blood sugars in check.
I'm worried I'm going to fail miserably because I'm a bit of a fussy eater - sounds like eggs are good but I don't eat them (or much of any dairy) and since being pregnant I've gone off meat.
I obviously want to do the best for my baby so I don't want to go the other way and hardly eat anything because I'm scared of spiking my blood sugars!
Anyone else had this problem?
