Really bad cramps after having a 💩 tmi

So after I go to toilet I get bad cramps and stomach hardening all very low area from hip to hip and down.
Toilet habits are normal and haven't suffered and my constipation during the pregnancy at all. And tmi but I'm not straining or anything.
The pain and cramps last about ten min.
Just wondering if anyone else has this.
I'm 37 weeks.

I’ve had pain during as I have SPD, but not Quite as you’ve described. Perhaps check with your midwife to be cautious?
